Mastering Meats – Sausage Making and the Art of Charcuterie

Cooking classes are so rewarding to attend. They rejuvenate my passion for cooking and make me want to spend days on end in the kitchen. The first class I ever did was a vegetarian Indian class. The chef had travelled all over India and was able to share tips and techniques used in different regions of the country. The food was amazing! When it comes to Indian I find vegetarian is the way to go!

This time round for my birthday my boyfriend signed us up for a sausage making and charcuterie class. There’s nothing like a night in with friends, drinking wine and filing up on cheese and delectable meats. There’s an element of relaxation and a sense of achievement that comes with that style of dining.

The class is on Wednesday 23rd January at Save on Meats on Hastings St. I will let you all know how it goes!

One of my goals for the year is to give Crumb Fight some momentum, so you will be hearing from me a lot more in the next few months!
